How can we help?

FAQ

Are the circles free of charge?

Yes — all study circles (Halaqa) are free for participants. There are no fees for registration or study.

Getting Started & Registration
How do I sign in to the Haram system?

Sign in to the Haram system with your registered email address and your account credentials. If you cannot sign in, double-check the email you used, then use password recovery.

Haram System & Account
I registered but never received my circle details — what should I do?

Check your email including the spam folder, then check the Haram system. If neither shows your circle (Halaqa) or placement-circle details, open a support ticket.

Circles & Learning
How do I register in the Ijazah section?

Choose the “Ijazah section” during registration. After automatic acceptance you are added automatically to the Ijazah placement circle.

Ijazah
When should I open a support ticket, and what information is required?

Open a ticket if you cannot sign in to the Haram system, your circle details never arrived, the link does not work, or you face a problem you cannot resolve. Include your name, registered email, section, learning mode, circle name if any, and a description of the problem — attach a screenshot of the error if available. Never send your password.

Support & Contact
How do I register as a new student?

Open the registration portal and choose “New user”, then complete the registration form and select the section, the learning mode, and a suitable time. If you already have an account, use it — do not create a new one.

Getting Started & Registration
I forgot my password or never received my sign-in details — what should I do?

Use the “Forgot password” option in the Haram system, and check both your inbox and your spam folder. If the problem persists, open a support ticket.

Haram System & Account
What is the placement circle, and why was I added to it?

It is a temporary circle (Halaqa) students are placed in when no suitable permanent circle is available for the chosen section, time, or learning mode. Being in it does not mean your registration was rejected.

Circles & Learning
What happens after registering in the Ijazah section?

The Ijazah placement-circle details and the supervisor's contact information are sent to you by email. You then take an entry assessment for the Ijazah track, and once you pass you are directed to the appropriate certified reciter.

Ijazah
What happens after I complete registration?

Registration is accepted automatically. If a suitable circle (Halaqa) is available you are added to it directly; if not, you are placed in a temporary placement circle until a permanent one becomes available.

Getting Started & Registration
What sections are available, and which one is right for me?

The sections are: Talqeen (guided recitation), Hifz (memorization), Review, Ijazah, and the scholarly texts (Mutoon) section. Talqeen suits beginners, Hifz is for those who have not yet completed memorization, Review is for those who have, and Ijazah is for those wishing to recite before a certified reciter.

Circles & Learning
How do I register my son or daughter?

Create a separate account for your child, then complete the registration form with their details and select the section, the learning mode, and a suitable time.

Getting Started & Registration
What is the difference between in-person and remote learning?

In-person learning takes place inside the Prophet's Mosque, while remote learning is held online through the approved learning platform.

Circles & Learning
How do I change my circle, its time, or the learning mode?

Speak to your teacher, or to the circles supervisor. Any change depends on a suitable circle (Halaqa) and seat being available.

Circles & Learning
I never received the circle link, or the link does not work — what should I do?

Check your email and the Haram system first. If the link exists but does not work, try another browser or device, then contact your teacher or supervisor, and open a support ticket if the problem persists.
